I use this in conjunction with my Wii workouts, primarily Walk It Out, exactly where I can add jumps and other movements as an alternative of just walking. It decreases impact, but makes it a small tougher to register methods. I have to raise the intensity of my movements but I get a better workout, so it really is fine. The superb issue about this mini trampoline is the price is so low and setup is very easy - just unfold and screw the legs on.

I just got this trampoline and am delighed so far. I bought it for my two year old for days when the weather is negative given that she needs a lot of workout. I researched various other trampolines and decided on this 1 as a physical therapist. Not only is she super pleased on it, but I am too. I just had one more child and is has helped me get my pre-child body back. The springs have good resistance and my "not handy" husband was in a position to put it together in about ten minutes. It is as effortless as unfolding it and screwing on the legs. I especially also like this b/c it folds in half and could be stored below the bed. Wonderful item for $30.00. Thank you Amazon!
